What an exciting year we’ve had at Club ACE! 2025 proved just how dynamic our venue can be. We hosted it all: inspiring B2B sessions, sizzling summer parties, award shows, and festive End-of-Year celebrations.

JBL — International EMEA Sales Meeting
For the third year in a row, Club ACE hosted the international EMEA sales meeting for HARMAN International (home to JBL Professional & harman/kardon).
120 guests from across the EMEA region came together to connect, exchange ideas, and look ahead. This event showcased a focused, content-driven setup, and is a perfect example of how Club ACE offers the space and energy for impactful B2B sessions.
ACE — Super Sunny Summer Festival
In June, we hosted our annual ACE Super Sunny Summer Party right in our own backyard. And we went all in.
The industrial space was transformed into a vibrant mini festival, featuring bold décor, a complete food court, and great music. Every detail was curated by our team, resulting in a full day of easy-going summervibes. Because we treat our own events just like our clients’: no shortcuts, just a solid experience.
House of Inclusion — The Culture Code
Club ACE is a proud partner of House of Inclusion. We co-organized and hosted two editions of The Culture Code, bringing leaders and HR professionals together to build inclusive, future-proof workplace cultures.
Across both sessions, the program moved seamlessly from energised keynotes to sharp panel discussions and hands-on workshops. A dynamic mix that made full use of our venue’s flexibility, creating the perfect setting for connection and learning.
Le Concierge — New Flag Pro Award Show
Full-service event agency Le Concierge selected Club ACE for the annual award show of New Flag Benelux, a leading distributor of professional hair and beauty products.
With around 100 guests, the evening centered on celebrating excellence in cutting, colouring, and styling. It was inspiring to see how Le Concierge transformed Club ACE’s large, open space into something intimate and warm. They absolutely nailed the execution, using over 200 pillar candles and elegant white voile pipe & drape, creating a romantic atmosphere. Proving that our spacious venue can feel personal with the right approach.
Deloitte & ACE End-of-Year dinners & parties
December was a month of celebration at Club ACE. Over two back-to-back nights, we hosted both our own annual ACE party and Deloitte’s year-end-event, in collaboration with caterer Sonah Fine Foods.
Each night we welcomed 180 guests, kicking off with a drinks reception at the bar, followed by a three-course seated dinner, and finishing off with a proper party on the dance floor.
A fun logistical challenge behind the scenes: fitting all 180 guests at just three long tables. But with plenty of planning, measuring, and fine-tuning, everything came together seamlessly.
Artventura — Deloitte EOY ‘Mokum Xmas’
Artventura, Full-service event production agency, chose Club ACE as the stage for Deloitte’s End-of-Year Party and went above and beyond to fully embrace the theme: Mokum Xmas.
The venue was transformed into a true Amsterdam playground. The setup featured a Café Nol-style brown bar, a stage built and styled for live performances, and a food court serving up classic Amsterdam favourites. With singer Danilo to set the tone, the night quickly turned into a high-energy celebration for 300 guests.
A strong example of how easily Club ACE adapts to bold concepts, multiple zones and large-scale celebrations.
